Natalie Stern, RDH
After completing her undergraduate degree in Biology and Business at the University of San Francisco, Natalie went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene at UC San Francisco. As a dental hygienist, Natalie loves to educate and motivate her patients to achieve optimum oral health.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She loves traveling, watching movies, going to concerts, and staying active!
Roya Rahi, RDH
Roya came to the Bay area when she was eight and grew up in Fremont, CA. She attended San Joaquin Valley School of Dental Hygiene in Southern California. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2004. She is committed to providing excellent dental care to all her patients. She volunteers at the Alameda County School district. Roya loves to travel, snowboarding, and watching movies and enjoys a good laugh with close friends.
Dental Assistants:
Claudia Martinez, RDA
Claudia grew up in Burlingame, CA. In 2001, she attended College of San Mateo where she received her AS degree. She volunteered as a Dental Assistant at the VA Hospital in San Francisco during which she was trained in all aspects of clinical dentistry. The valuable knowledge and experience in patient care was a stepping stone on her path to obtain her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in 2003. She enjoys shopping, travel, and dining out.
Front Office:
Vicky Hackett
Vicky came to the Bay Area in 1993, and a year later began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant, dedicating her time and skills in various dental fields, including high-end cosmetic dentistry. Her experience and knowledge encompasses all aspects of dental health as she continues to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing field of clinical and cosmetic dentistry.
In 2006, Vicky retired from dental assisting following the development of upper extremity difficulties. Her focus was redirected to office management and dental health education, assisting patients with not only their dental health issues and questions, but also with dental health care plans.
As the Financial Coordinator, Vicky will be available to assist with any financial questions or concerns you may have regarding clinical treatment and insurance coverage.
Outside of the office Vicky enjoys spending her time with her husband, son, and many pets. She spends much of her time either hiking or at the beach with her Boxer, “Beasty bear”, and in the winter you will find her on the slopes in Tahoe.
